Payment Terms
Invoices
Once your application has been accepted, an invoice will be issued by Whitfield Events.
All invoices will clearly state the event name, stallholder name, and due date for payment.

Payment Deadline
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
If your application is submitted less than 14 days before the event, full payment is required immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Payment Method
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.
Please use your company/stall name as the payment reference.

Non-Refundable Policy
All stall fees are non-refundable. This applies in cases of trader withdrawal, non-attendance, or event cancellation due to severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.

Non-Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your pitch reallocated.
Late or non-payment may affect your eligibility to trade at future Whitfield Events.​
